WhatsApp is fastest — usually a few hours, Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Nepal time. Email gets a reply within one business day. Messages that land on a Saturday or a public holiday are picked up the next working morning.

Will the parcel say what's inside it?

No. Packaging is plain on the outside — no brand, no product name, no imagery. The entity name that appears on your card, eSewa or Khalti statement is neutral too. Cash on delivery is available across Nepal if you'd rather not pay online at all.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll amend the delivery address or cancel it outright. Once it's with the courier we can still help, but it becomes a return rather than a cancellation.

The product I want is out of stock. When is it back?

There's only one harvest a year, in a single short season, so when a batch runs out it genuinely runs out. We won't fill the gap with a lowland substitute to keep the shelf looking full — if it isn't from the mountains, it isn't as strong. Message us and we'll tell you the honest date, or add you to the list for the next batch.

Can you tell me what dose to take?

We can tell you what's on the label, what's in the bottle, and how people typically take it — regularly, over months rather than weeks. What we won't do is prescribe. 8848 Herbs is nutritional support, not medicine. It's meant to sit alongside what your doctor gives you, not replace it. If you're on prescribed medication or being treated for something, speak to your physician first.
